5. Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Rotation Dept cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel.
