RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any signs of wear, creasing, odour, or damage may result in a partial refund or refusal.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrives damaged

In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.


3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
